Cancellation/Refund Policy

Return Policy.

*At Klein Jewelry Co we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
* We offer exchanges, store credit within 30 days of receipt of purchase. We only provide refunds on unworn, non custom and unaltered items. All Custom, sized or engraved are final sale.
* All returns, store credit, and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on kleinjewelryco.com or in our Madison, MS store only. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
* To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original packaging.
* Due to the variations in size, all rings ordered online are considered special orders and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if an exchange is requested or if you request to cancel a ring that is still in production.
* Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for store credit.
* Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.
* All ‘sale’ items are FINAL SALE
* Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
* Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and/or will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

Klein Jewelry Co reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair/return of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

Exchange process for US orders:
* Put your jewelry in a shipping box along with your exchange form. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging.
* Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.
* Bring your packaged box to a UPS.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Klein Jewelry Co mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Klein Jewelry Co (“Klein Jewelry Co”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Klein Jewelry Co’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Klein Jewelry Co through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Klein Jewelry Co. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP. Or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Klein Jewelry Co mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

Arbitration

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Klein Jewelry Co agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Termination/Access Restriction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mississippi in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Klein Jewelry Co as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Klein Jewelry Co's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Klein Jewelry Co's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Klein Jewelry Co with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
