How does the custom jewelry process work?
Our custom process starts with a one-on-one consultation where we learn about your style, ideas, and budget. From there, we create a detailed CAD design so you can see your piece before it’s made. If needed, we can 3D print a model so you can view proportions in person. Once approved, your piece is handcrafted in-house by our jeweler, Kristi Klein.
How long does custom jewelry take?
Most custom pieces take about 3-5 weeks once the design is approved. Timing can vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design.
Do you require a deposit for custom work?
Yes, we typically require a deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Or we can break it up into three payments.
Can you redesign or remake old jewelry?
Absolutely. We specialize in transforming heirloom and outdated pieces into something new while preserving their meaning.
Can I choose my own diamond or gemstone?
Yes. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, along with a wide selection of gemstones. We’ll walk you through options so you can choose what’s right for you.

Do you sell engagement rings in-store or only custom?
While we specialize in custom engagement rings, we do carry a selection of rings in-store. Many more options are available in-store than online.
Can I see different diamond sizes in person?
Yes! Our in-store ring builder allows you to try on different diamond sizes and styles so you can see what looks best before committing.
Can you make a ring to fit a larger center stone later?
Yes, we can design your setting to accommodate future upgrades if that’s part of your plan.
What’s the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Both are real diamonds with the same physical and optical properties. The main differences are how they’re created and price. We’ll help you compare both so you can make the best decision.

Do you offer in-house jewelry repair?
Yes. All jewelry repair is done in-house by our experienced jewelers with over 25 years of combined experience. Nothing is sent off.
What types of repairs do you do?
We handle:

- Prong repair and rebuilding
- Stone replacement
- Chain repair
- Polishing and refinishing

How long do repairs take?
Most repairs are completed within a few days, some may take up to two weeks depending on the type of work needed and how many jobs are ahead of yours. We do offer rush services for some repairs and sizing.
Do you offer cleanings and inspections?
Yes, we offer free cleanings and prong checks, usually while you wait. We recommend having your jewelry checked at least once a year.

Where are you located?
We are located in downtown Madison, Mississippi, right next door to The Foxtail Restaurant and proudly serve clients from Jackson, Ridgeland, Flowood, Brandon, Clinton and surrounding areas.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are not required, but they are recommended for custom design consultations so we can give you our full attention.
Do you buy jewelry?
We do purchase jewelry and your broken gold jewelry. You can also trade it in towards a purchase or new design.
Do you offer shipping or online ordering?
Some items may be available to order online for in-store pickup, but most custom and made-to-order pieces are handled in-store to ensure the best experience. We do ship for certain circumstances. Currently we do not ship for online orders.
